COMO Shambhala Estate is a residential health retreat with luxury villa-style accomodations near Ubud, Bali. A place to relax and improve wellbeing, this discreet domain is a true ‘Retreat for Change’.

Designed by Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis, Carpinteria Foothills Residence project site is located on a ridge in the foothills of Carpinteria, ten miles down the coast from Santa Barbara.

Jumeirah Vittaveli is a brand new Resort developed by Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts that opened earlier this month. Located in the Maldives, the resort has 91 villas and suites, each with its own private pool, private massage room, direct beach or lagoon access, and more.

Designed by BC&J Architecture, the Olympic View House was located on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. The site constraints included steep slopes, drainfield setbacks and a zoning variance. The resultant building footprint reflects these constraints in a manner which ultimately accommodated the Owner’s goals for the house.

The Robins Way Residence was designed by Sag Harbor-based studio Bates Masi Architects. This 2,000 square foot contemporary residence sits on a 1.5 acre lot in Amagasett, New York, USA.
